Your response to the HSA’s recycling program has been phenomenal; thank you so much for teaching your children about the importance of recycling! But have you ever wondered what happens to your items once we receive them?

Most of the items we collect go to Terracycle, an upcycling and recycling company that collects difficult-to-recycle packaging and products and repurposes the material into affordable, innovative products.
Reusable writing instruments (pens, pencils, markers etc.) recycled from classes that are in good working condition are distributed to children with the help of Market Street Mission in Morristown.

Use the list below to remind you of the Everyday Items you can recycle & bring in to help earn money for our schools!
